LALA is a French restaurant in the heart of Hong Kong where we try to bring Michelin experience to a casual dining restaurant. Good food made more accessible, more often.

LALA, a modern, hospitality-focused restaurant in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Head Sommelier to lead our wine program. You’ll curate an evolving wine list, manage cellar operations, train and mentor service staff, and deliver exceptional wine experiences that elevate our ALC and seasonal menu.

< Bac : CAP / CAP Agricole / BEPA

Expérience professionnelle

Moins de 2 ans d'exp

Ideal candidates have 3+ years sommelier experience in fine dining, WSET or CMS certification, strong relationship skills, and excellent guest-facing communication skills.

Creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling through wine.
