Since opening in 2017, Bàcaro has brought the heart of Venetian dining to the Cayman Islands, blending the charm of Italy with the warmth of island life. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server with strong wine knowledge to join our team.
This is not just a service role — we are seeking someone who truly appreciates food & wine pairing, enjoys engaging with guests, and can actively contribute to the development and execution of our wine program during the high season (November - April).
