Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain an outstanding and diverse wine list aligned with the restaurant's culinary
* vision.
* Provide expert wine service and pairings to guests, elevating their dining experience.
* Train and mentor, the front-of-house team in wine knowledge and service standards.
* Manage wine inventory, ordering, storage, and stock rotation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with wine producers, suppliers, and distributors.
* Organize wine tastings, guest events, and promotional wine activities.
* Monitor wine sales and contribute to beverage revenue targets.
* Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
