Join LALA in Hong Kong through our Manager in Training Program designed for students on working holiday visas. This 6–12 month hands-on program fast-tracks hospitality careers by combining operational shifts with structured management and wine service training. You’ll rotate through front-of-house roles, assist in wine program development, lead small teams, and take part in workshops on service standards, inventory control, and guest experience.
We provide visa guidance support, competitive pay, staff meals, accommodation assistance (where available), and a certificate of completion with mentorship for career progression. Ideal for students with basic hospitality experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to relocate.
Star candidates will be offered the opportunity to transfer to a full-term contract with LALA at the end of their tenancy, subject to performance and visa eligibility.
