Job Description
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the hotel's wine stock, ensuring quality standards align with Constance Hotels corporate identity.
• Maintain an international standard wine list, offering a variety of styles and prices in line with world trends.
• Produce wine orders and monthly sales analyses in collaboration with Outlet Sommelier.
• Manage wine service across different outlets, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of wines, cocktails, beers, and spirits.
• Guide guests in wine selection, advising on food pairings and other accompaniments such as aperitifs, cocktails, cigars, and digestives.
• Assist the Head Sommelier in compiling and updating the wine list.
