Mario’s Hospitality LTD. is seeking an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our hospitality team in the Cayman Islands. We are looking for a professional who is enthusiastic about wine, guest experience, and fine dining service, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting a strong and collaborative restaurant team.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and maintain the wine program and cellar
  • Assist guests with wine selections and pairings
  • Train and educate service staff on wine knowledge and service standards
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure proper wine storage, presentation, and service
  • Support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Stay current with wine trends, regions, and producers
