About the role
The Sommelier is responsible for delivering quality service to our guests in compliance with Four Seasons standards. He/ She is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the proper application of all procedures in his department and works closely with his Head of Department as well as all departments of the hotel.
What you will do
Provide customers with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Support Head Sommelier in managing the daily life of the department at the administrative level: Wine orders, purchasing forecasts, control of purchasing costs, sales prices.
Leader, diplomat and attentive, he is also responsible for managing complaints regardless of the person he is speaking to.
Organize the logistics of storage in the cellar, the management and updating of cellar books and wine lists.
