Main Responsibilities:

Advise guests on wine selection, considering their preferences and food pairing;

Present the wine list, explaining varieties, origins, characteristics, and prices;

Ensure proper wine service, guaranteeing ideal conditions of temperature, glassware, and serving technique;

Support stock management and proper storage of wines;

Collaborate with the front-of-house team;

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of equipment and utensils;

Strictly comply with HACCP, health, and safety standards;

Handle customer complaints and suggestions, contributing to an excellent experience;

Participate in internal training, wine tastings, and special events (wine dinners, tastings).
