Our client is an important international investment group active in the wine sector. Their strong development is driven by a mix of high-quality, well-known brands, sparkling wines, innovations in low- and no-alcohol and the acquisition of major estates across Europe. To support our growth in Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Eastern Europe Export Manager | Wines M/F to develop and structure our presence across key markets in the region.
Eastern Europe Export Manager | Wines M/F
Permanent Contract, based ideally in Poland or other countries in Eastern Europe
Fluency in English mandatory, fluency in Russian highly recommanded
Reporting directly to the Commercial & Marketing Director, The Eastern Europe Export Manager - Wines M/F is responsible for developing sales, building longterm partnerships with importers and distributors, and increasing brand visibility across assigned Eastern European countries.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Eastern European markets
· Identify, recruit, and manage importers and distributors
· Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners
· Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures
· Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking
· Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer insights
· Represent the company at trade fairs, tastings, and professional events
· Collaborate closely with marketing on brand activation, launches, and communication tools
· Ensure consistent brand positioning and portfolio development in the region
