Every visit at jul’s restaurant is a unique experience, rich in emotion. This authentic place, with a thousand and one flavors will make you travel from Spain to Greece. The restaurant combines different atmospheres, decorations and lifestyles with textures, materials and colors from all horizons. Every corner of this place has its own universe, full of history.

Taking care of wine. Perfect knowledge of the wine list: taste, availability and price, in order to give the best experience to our guests.

< Bac : CAP / CAP Agricole / BEPA

Expérience professionnelle

Moins de 2 ans d'exp

Experience as a Sommelier :
Ability to create tasteful food and wine pairings
Extensive knowledge of different wines and which regions produce each type
Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries
Understanding of the winemaking process
Good communication skills
Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays
Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with wine producers and visit wine-tasting events
Certification as a Sommelier or degree in hospitality is mandotory
