  This the equivalent of an advanced sommelier. It typically takes 2 years to complete but do to Covid and harvest I am not finished yet. I am hoping to be done this May. There are 6 segments to the program: Wine Production, Wine Business, Wines of the World, Fortified Wines, Sparkling Wines and a Research paper. It involved short answers and blind tastings.

PROJET PROFESSIONNEL

I am currently the winemaker at a small boutique winery. I have worked in big and small wineries, and now I am looking to work oversees. I have always wanted to make wine in France and now I think it is time to try and make the move.

CENTRE D'INTERETS

I am very interested in working in the south of France. I love making wine and being outside. I love watching the vineyard throughout the growing season and keeping an eye out pests and diseases. I also love being the lab and running analysis. I also love tasting and monitoring wines as they age.
