I have 3 years of experience in restaurant sector and that has helped me to gain knowledge in research and acquisition of vintage wines, including Italian wines. I have always had a deft touch when it came to wines and enjoyed using that to enhance the customer's fine-dining experience. I can decanter wine to perfection and also can determine a wine's source, the vineyard, the grape used and the region associated with the bottle. And when bringing the bottle to the table, rest assured I followed the decorum of serving it and entertaining the guests to the letter. |
currently I completed studying DIPLOMA IN WINE at CAFA WINE SCHOOL, in BORDEAUX. My course taught me more briefly about the wine world. It focuses on Tasting techniques and sensory analysis ,In-depth study of French vineyards ,In-depth study of foreign vineyards ,Knowledge of spirits, cold and hot beverages ,Wine and food pairing and practical workshops in collaboration with chefs, Sales and commercialization techniques ,Fundamentals in Viticulture and Oenology , |
