  During my Master's Degree I've had the opportunity to study the making process of all kinds of beverages, of most interest for me being the wine making. I was able to work both in a laboratory as well as in a cellar in the making of different alcoholic beverages such as beer, cider, sparkling wines, as well as non-alcoholic ones. My thesis was a study on yeast influence on wine acidity.

EXPERIENCE

  SC Odobesti Vinex SRL - "Sarba Winery"
  Cave / Vinification
  Worked directly with the winemaker and was involved in all the aspects of the winemaking process, from grape sampling till bottling and labeling. During the harvest I worked mainly in the cellar bu I was also in charge of a small lab where I performed basic analysis on wine. Was responsible with wine inventory and reported monthly to the authorities.

  Cave / Vinification
  Responsible with rape reception (quantity and quality), sorting, additions basic analysis on grape juice and wine. Operated the press, and supervised must clarification and fermentation process, and also took part in cleaning the cellar.

  During my internship I've had the opportunity to learn both basic and advanced must and wine analysis methods. Was responsible with physical-chemical analysis of the experimental wine samples made in the cellar of the Laboratory, but also sample preparation for HPLC and GC. Worked with the winemaker in experiments on still wine, sparkling, cider and spirits.

PROJET PROFESSIONNEL

Aspiring winemaker determined to learn as much as possible about wine. Full of energy and determination, I am not afraid to take on a demanding job as long as it helps me get a step closer to being an outstanding professional in the wine business.

CENTRE D'INTERETS

The experience of three vintages in Romania (in two different wine regions) will make me a good match for a cellar position, and I have also enough experience to work in a lab, besides that - I'm a great multitasker.
