Le stagiaire participera à tous les aspects des opérations de la cave, avec un accent particulier sur le travail avec les barriques, les cuves et les pompes. Les activités quotidiennes incluront la prise de mesures de brix, les remontages, le remplissage des barriques, le nettoyage et l'organisation. Union Sacre Winery, an Alsatian winery in California, is seeking a motivated Cellar Trainee to join our team. We specialize in producing seven Alsatian grape varietals: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Ottonel, and Pinot Noir.

Our three-person cellar team is highly collaborative, with everyone involved in various projects. The trainee will participate in all aspects of winery operations, with a primary focus on working with barrels, tanks, and pumps. Daily activities will include taking brix measurements, punchdowns, barrel filling, cleaning, and organization. This training period offers a comprehensive overview of cellar work in California.

The role primarily involves work at the winery, including operating a forklift and a truck with a trailer.

This position is available for 12 to 18 months, with compensation commensurate with experience.
