La Tour Melas winery is looking for an Oenologist/Cellar Hand and a Lab Technician to strengthen our team during our 3 month harvest season (August 2026 - October 2026). (Contract or Internship)

Cellar Hand/Oenologist:

  • Receiving and sorting the harvest

  • Cleaning and sanitizing cellar equipment

  • Fermentation monitoring

  • Racking and transferring vats

  • Operation and management of grape presses during grape processing

  •  Cleaning and management of the equipment used

  • Participating in various winemaking operations

Lab Technician: 

o Operate and maintain lab equipment, cleaning and inventory.

o Conduct routine and enzymatic tests.

o Organized and detail-oriented.

o Driving licence is a plus.
