La Tour Melas winery is looking for an Oenologist/Cellar Hand to strengthen our team during our 3 months harvest season (August 2026 - October 2026). (Contract or Internship)

(Lab Technician position has been covered)

Cellar Hand/Oenologist:

Receiving and sorting the harvest
Cleaning and sanitizing cellar equipment
Fermentation monitoring
Racking and transferring vats
Operation and management of grape presses
Cleaning and management of the equipment used
Participating in various winemaking operations

Niveau d'études souhaité

Bac : Bac / Bac Pro / BPA

Langues

Anglais ( Lu, écrit, parlé )

Expérience professionnelle

Moins de 2 ans d'exp

Permis

Permis B Permis B1

Qualifications

Viticulture – Oenology degree or for Cellar Hands at least one harvest experience
Knowledge of agricultural machinery or forklift is highly appreciated.
EU Passport required
Correct use of English language
