La Tour Melas winery is looking for an Oenologist/Cellar Hand and a Lab Technician to strengthen our team during our 3 month harvest season (August 2026 - October 2026). (Contract or Internship)
Cellar Hand/Oenologist:
Receiving and sorting the harvest
Cleaning and sanitizing cellar equipment
Fermentation monitoring
Racking and transferring vats
Operation and management of grape presses during grape processing
Cleaning and management of the equipment used
Participating in various winemaking operations
Lab Technician:
o Operate and maintain lab equipment, cleaning and inventory.
o Conduct routine and enzymatic tests.
o Organized and detail-oriented.
o Driving licence is a plus.
Provisions & Terms
3-month period contract or 3-month internship contract
