The work includes pinching, canopy management and green harvest. The job will also include assisting with cellar work, e.g., bottling and labelling. You will work directly together with our Italian Wine Grower Matteo to cultivate the vineyard.
About Stokkebye Vineyard
Stokkebye is among the biggest and most acknowledged vineyards in Denmark with 6 HA. The annual production of bottles is 20,000, rising to 25,000 in a few years. The focus is on the production of sparkling wine and white wine made by mainly Pinot Noir and Solaris. The grapes are grown organically. Stokkebye wines have entered Michelin Star- and gourmet restaurants in the Nordic countries, France and Germany.
The vineyard is situated in the village Bovense, on the island of Funen – about 1,5 hours from Copenhagen.
