Winemaker & Viticulturist

Location: Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain
Type: Full-time | Senior / Leadership Role
Start Date: Immediate
Open to Local & International Candidates

About the Estate

We are one of the leading wine estates in the Balearic Islands, producing terroir-driven wines under a distinctive and established brand with growing domestic and international recognition. The estate is fully operational, professionally equipped, and widely regarded as a key reference within the regional fine-wine landscape.

This role offers the opportunity to actively drive the success of one of the Balearic Islands’ leading wine estates, combining technical excellence with brand visibility and long-term impact.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting winemaker and viticulturist who thrives on responsibility, enjoys full autonomy, and is willing to go the extra mile to elevate a first-class wine project. Competitive remuneration will be offered, aligned with experience, responsibility, and performance.

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on leadership position combining full responsibility for winemaking and viticulture, with meaningful exposure to sales, brand representation, and market-facing activities. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping wine style, vineyard strategy, and the continued relevance of the brand.

The role is particularly well suited to an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong technical foundations, and the ambition to contribute well beyond a narrowly defined job description.
