Summary Purpose

As a Senior Account Manager at Liv-ex, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across your designated region through strategic account management and proactive revenue generation. You will lead account planning, identify and convert high-value opportunities and embed structured upgrade processes to support scalable growth.

A key part of your role will involve leading commercial conversations in collaboration with Customer Success Managers — particularly in scenarios involving upgrades, downgrades or potential churn — ensuring Liv-ex delivers measurable value to members while maximising revenue outcomes.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Liv-ex members, developing deep, trust-based relationships that drive subscription growth, retention and long-term value.
  • Act as the senior commercial lead on all upgrade, renewal and churn-related conversations, partnering with Customer Success Managers to deliver strong outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue high-impact growth opportunities, using market insights, account data and the Liv-ex upgrade framework to scale revenue effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Broking, Integrations, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, strategic solutions to complex client needs.
  • Stay ahead of global wine market trends and platform developments, proactively advising clients and shaping strategic conversations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts, supporting data-driven decision-making and business reporting.
  • Represent Liv-ex at key industry events, acting as a senior ambassador and strengthening our presence in the fine wine community.
