Key Responsibilities:

• Tracks execution outcomes and provides feedback on performance.

• Ensures traceability across vineyard and cellar operations.

• Designs and monitors R&D projects in both winery and vineyard.

• Assists in the design of spray, fertilization, and irrigation programs.

• Collects and analyzes vineyard and winery data (sampling, maturity, yields, fermentation, etc.).
