I have a keen interest in sparkling wine production and would love to complete a vintage in Champagne this year as a cellar hand. I am in the process of completing my masters in viticulture and oenology by June of this year and have had experience working across two vintages (one in Australia and one in New Zealand) as well as producing wine through the University of Melbourne and the University of Adelaide. |
