As part of an ambitious strategic plan we are looking for our KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER | ON TRADE – BELGIUM.
Reporting to BENELUX Channel manager On-Trade, you will be in charge of implementing AdVini’s Commercial and Marketing strategy and providing comprehensive reporting on sales / competition / market data.
Key focus areas of the job will include :
Accountability for key Customer development, developing and effectively executing specific annual commercial plans
Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the management and Customers
Developing, implementing and managing the budget
Negotiating and closing business contracts with Customers
Where relevant, co-creating and delivering Category Insights and Strategy to customers that drives commitment and advocacy for the value that AdVini adds to their business
Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions
Communicating to Customers clearly, addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise. Where relevant ensuring that such concerns are addressed by relevant stakeholders in the wider AdVini business
Monitoring the budget of the Customer, explaining costs or expenditures and discussing new terms if necessary
Following up clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services
You have 5+ years of experience in multiple on trade roles with Wholesaler and/or key Account Management with P&L responsibility and ideally in Marketing/Commercial.
Multiculturalist, you can understand and share - in both directions - English, Dutch and French, both written and verbally. You have a strong acknowledge of the complexities of the BENELUX On-Trade market. Proficient in new business development, you are a commercial thinker, who keeps up to date with trends and can see opportunities and exploit business issues.
As a team player, you have strong communication skills and you are willing to add value to the Group beyond immediate team and have a relentless desire to drive mutual value for AdVini, its key Brands and customers.
Ideally has experience of the Alcohol Industry, specifically Wine
Type of contract : permanent contract under Belgium legislation, with need to travel to customer meetings and regular travel in France.
Commencement date : as soon as possible
