I've studied at the Royal Oenological School in Alba (Italy) and i have the title of Enotechnician. I've finished the sommelier course (AIS) and i'm WSET Level 3. I've worked as a winemaker in 2 wineries in Italy, as a wine seller in a wine shop and actually i'm working as wine seller to restaurants/hotels/wine bars.
