 Located at the end of the Bjäre peninsula in southwest Sweden, Thora Vingård is a 11 hectare vineyard which cultivates all the vines according to biodynamic principles (certified organic). This young and expanding vineyard is looking for a trainee (M/F) for the 2024 vintage.

• You will be involved in all stages of the wine making process: 

- Vineyard work and monitoring of the vineyard + harvest 

- Follow-up of the winemaking process with the various tasks in the cellar

- Monitoring of the fermentation process (harvest time September/October)

- Monitoring of red, white and sparkling winemaking

- Participation in tastings, in bottling and labelling

- Touristic part: Opportunity to assist during tours and help in the wine tourism services offered by the vineyard/restaurant.

You will be supervised by the two oenologists managing the vineyard. Experimentation possible.

Situé au bout de la péninsule Bjäre au Sud-ouest de la Suède, Thora Vingård est une propriété viticole de 11 Ha qui cultive l’ensemble de son vignoble suivant les principes biodynamiques (certifié biologique). Ce jeune vignoble en expansion est à la recherche d’un stagiaire (H/F) pour le millésime 2024.

• Vous serez impliqué dans toutes les étapes relatives à l’élaboration du vin : 

- Travaux de vigne et suivi du vignoble en période estivale

- Suivi des vinifications avec les différents travaux au chai

- Suivi du bon déroulement des opérations de fermentation (pendant les vendanges Septembre/Octobre)

- Suivi des vinifications en rouge, blanc et sparkling

- Participation aux dégustations, à la mise en bouteille, étiquetage et cirage

- Partie touristique : Possibilité d'assister aux visites et de participer aux services œnotouristiques proposés par le vignoble/restaurant.

Pour cela vous serez encadré par les deux œnologues gérants du vignoble.
