I am a junior agricultural engineer from Spain. I am passionate about food manufacturing and the production of fermented goods, through the use of wineries, breweries, cheese factories, bakeries and many other methods. This passion drives me to purse these things in my own time, thanks to which I have successfully brewed and made my own wine. I would like to keep learning about oenologie and for this reason I am looking for some opportunity within the sector
