I work together inside the cellar with the owner of the winery. I follow all the processes around wine from production to bottling. This processes are: fermentation, winemaking, sampling, quality controls, put wine inside barriques, refill barriques, bottling, filtering, clean all the systems and other. I work in the vineyard too: pruning, grafting, defoliation and other jobs |
Now I am working in Romano Dal Forno winery in Verona, Italy. It is one of the most important winery in Italy with high quality products. It is 2 years that I'm still working here, before I worked in Montalcino area and in another winery in Verona. Now I'm Searching a new experience in an important winery in France. I have a Bach in oenology and more than 2 years experience in high quality products. I am meticulous, serious and professional guy, I work in team, I can travel for job. |
I am interested in all the oenological processes, wine aging, quality controls, fermentation. In the same time I am interested in vineyard jobs. |
