PROJET PROFESSIONNEL

I am German but actually engaged as technical director for vineyards and cellar in Cape Verde. Due to severe water restrictions, our next harvest will be very little. Therefore I am looking for an engagement for this year´s harvest, in order to make best use of time and energy. A position as assistant winemaker or cellar hand allows me to apply my knowledge and to meet the challenge of quality winemaking in another country or region.
