• Analyse the local corporate market and set the strategy and action plans for the London Hotels. • Portfolio of 100 corporate accounts throughout both properties (Revenue £2.7M) - The Metropolitan Hotel : +38% revenue - The Halkin Hotel : +33% revenue • Responsible for identifying new Corporate and MICE opportunities for London properties globally • Generate new corporate business that provides sustainable profit in line with both properties. • Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue potential whilst satisfying clients needs. • Create Global Account Plans for all key accounts and prime prospect accounts and ensure total account management (e.g. Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Barclays). • Regular account reviews to penetrate accounts, review production statistics and grow Como London Hotels volumes, revenues and overall market share. • Build relationships with local businesses and develop networks to ensure the hotels are at the centre of local business life. • Host fam trips and site inspections for corporate clients, travel agents, Roadshow and Events team and meeting planners. • Assist in developing and executing projects (e.g. blitzes, mail shots, incentives, promotional rates) for assigned market areas to increase sales activity, volume and profit. |
