	I have completed my POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN FERMENTATION,DISTILLATION AND WINE TECH from Mumba. The course included detailed studies of viticulture,harvesting,fermentation and distillation. During the studies I learned about types of wines, regions and their making. I have visited several wineries in India to learn about different wines. My dream is to have my own vineyard which I am developing.

My name is Jitesh Chavan,I am from Mumbai,India.I am 30 years of age. I am a keen wine enthusiast and want to develop my own vineyard on my land in India.
