The Bordeaux Wine Experience is a Dutch company specializing in high-end wine and culinary tours in the Bordeaux region for an English speaking international clientele and is generally considered as the leading Bordeaux wine tour company.

The Bordeaux Wine Experience is seeking an enthusiast Management Assistant (fluent in English). As such you are responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks:

-Answering the telephone and taking messages
-Handling incoming and outgoing e-mail and fax correspondence
-Managing the agenda
-Participating in developing the marketing approach
-Maintaining contact with suppliers
-Coordinate tours
-Host guests
-Participate in industry organizations
-Endorse our Bordeaux tours locally, nationally and internationally

We need an experienced professional to hit the ground running to work with us to expand our wine and culinary tours. As the ideal candidate you are fluent in English, friendly and positive with a can-do attitude and you’ll be able to perform your responsibilities with little direct supervision. Furthermore you are accurate, dynamic, flexible, have excellent organizational skills, like working with people and share our passion for food and wine. (And have a good sense of humour!).

You will be based at Chateau Coulon Laurensac in Latresne (BORDEAUX). This is a contract position to start, with some flexibility, approx. 15-20 hrs per week. For the right person, this position could become permanent (CDI).
