What is professional training
?
It allows people already working for the wine industry to continue
to learn throughout their careers and
to adapt themselves to changing technology and thereby promote their knowledge.

What is first time training
?
It is the first skills granted to someone
who has never practiced the profession for which it wishes to
prepare.
This training, varying durations, may be offered by one
Either of the three levels of education (secondary, college
and university).
This training must always lead to a degree.
