PROJET PROFESSIONNEL

As a full-time student of the professional undergraduate study of Enology at the Polytechnic of Rijeka, I would like to apply for an internship in your winery. As a diligent, hardworking person, eager to learn and expand my knowledge gained through the study program I think I would be the perfect person for you. During my professional study I was involved in the practical work in viticulture, enology and basic laboratory practices. Also, I worked in a vineyard for some Croatian wineries such as “Misal”, “OPG Ivančić”, “ Cuj”, during winter and summer pruning using different training systems. At the moment I am working in “Matošević winery” where I manage wine tasting, but I also help in a wine cellar if needed. I need to mention that I would do my internship through the Erasmus program that is paid and provides with accommodation and other. I would like my internship to take place in September so that I can begin with grape harvest and then to start working in the cellar and vineyard when needed. This internship would provide me with an ideal work experience and would help me expand my knowledge.
