PROJET PROFESSIONNEL

As a student of Enology and an enthusiastic person eager to work and learn, I am writing this application in the hope that you will hire me as an intern in your winery. The most important thing about me is that I am a hard-working person that is not afraid of a hard physical job. I learn quickly and I always do the best I can. Through my professional undergraduate study of Enology, I have had a lot of theoretical and practical experience in all segments of enology. Concerning viticulture, I was involved in all the activities which are done during the year, but I also worked in a vineyard of some Croatian wineries such as “Coronica”, “Misal”, “Cuj” and OPG Moreno Ivančić. In terms of enology, I was involved in all the necessary winemaking operations by doing my wine at college and home. In addition, I have some experience in basic laboratory wine analysis. By working in your winery, I would like to expand my knowledge and practical experience I have gained so far. If you are interested in taking me as an intern, I would love to come in September and participate in bringing the harvest in and then working in a wine cellar and vineyard. Furthermore, I can help running tests and selling in the sales department given that I worked in a wine shop before and held wine presentations, too. Being a team player, I believe I will be a good member of your winery.
